Pretty much the most badass kids movie ever made, gory, violent, foul mouthed and scary, The Monster Squad lives on as a nice riposte and all round fuck you to twee, shrink wrapped, uber safe modern kids films that have no edge.
kids need tougher movies like this now more than ever, fuck films like despicable me!!
