Review of The Mist (2007) by David P — 18 Apr 2013
It may have a mental impact and a but the problem with this film is a lack or sense of some action theme like "Alien" and "Aliens". The film was rather confusing, saying "We don't know why there is a mist. It just came." What the? I am surprised of the director who was said to do great in "The Shawshank Redemption", also based on Steven King's work, (he wrote the novel of this story) did not as good of a job to give more sense of a film than I had hoped. Though it was shocking to see the Thing poster in the beginning.
