Everybody but me seemed to hate this movie when it came out. Brando does a great cross-dressing schtick, and the premise is wonderful. Brando plays a "Regulator." Nicholson is just okay. Harry Dean Stanton is the man.
Pity anyone who had to try to direct Brando.
