Incredible. I can't believe it took me this long to finally watch this. Unique story, great acting. I was never a fan of Monroe, but I may be now. I've always liked Gable and here, even old, he's still so charismatic.
Oh, and to discover what the big deal was with Montgomery Clift -- this film is simply sublime.
