Review of The Mirror Has Two Faces (1996) by Rini I — 07 Oct 2008
I love this movie!
It's about a professor who never succeeds in his relationships with women so he decided to put out an ad to look for someone based on their inner beauty. He walked into another professor's lecture about love & immediately agrees with her without even sitting through the whole class & totally misunderstood what she meant but they ended up being friends, and then, more than friends but without any sexual relations.
One of the soundtracks for this movie is 'I finally found someone' by Bryan Adams & Barbara Streisand which is one of my favorite songs.
Some lines from the movie/movie quote:
*We all want to fall in love. Why? Because it makes us feel completely alive, where every sense is heightened, every emotion is magnified. Our everyday reality is shattered and we are flying into the heavens. It may only last a moment, an hour, an afternoon, but that doesnt diminish its value because we are left with memories that we treasure for the rest of our lives.
