This movie does get marks for having a predominatly Hispanic cast, especially a lead female detective, but the story was not quite up to par. Actually the story was pretty weak, but it was nice to see John Leguizamo playing dual roles.
Harvey Keitel didnt really get that much to do, but he was solid. Good idea but executed poorly.
