This is one of the worst films I have seen in 2016. While the film had good ideas and clear inspiration from David Cronenberg's "Scanners" (a horror classic), it fails to deliver on every fundamental part of making a film.

Sure there are neat lighting techniques and uses on practical effects, but that's honestly all this film has.
