Ryuhei Kitamura's adaptation of Clive Barker's short story of the same name doesn't always make sense - but it is powerfully gruesome and will keep you on your toes guessing throughout...a must see for all horror hounds, not only for its graphic brutality but to witness one of Bradley Cooper's most unexpected roles.
