Review of The Meyerowitz Stories (New and Selected) (2017) by Nadjib R — 15 Oct 2017

The Meyerowitz Stories is an artistically centered, incredibly written and acted film that's packed with cynicism, It has a strong hint of subtle comedy that catches you off guard almost too often, one of the things that this film excels in is the showcasing of family trouble in a bizarre and gripping way which I have to say is extremely entertaining, what sticks out the most is the interesting cast that amazed me in terms of making the narrative seems so seamless and natural, what's admirable is that the film truly captured the true essence of the upscale New York cultural scene which is incredible to see, to wrap this up, this film has an abstract kind of beauty that can be highly appreciated, It's a hard watch but I can't recommend it enough.
