Bog standard horror by the directors of the original version of The Eye. The setting is good in this but it's simply not scary and the performances by McDermott and Miller as the parents are pretty poor.
The only upside is the unfairly unpopular Kristen Stewart (being in Twilight has managed to make her unpopular with both male and female audiences) with males being marginally more forgiving. She's a fine young actress and the sooner the Twilight craze is over, the better for her.
She just about keeps this one watchable.
