Review of The Messengers (2007) by Kinuman 9 — 27 May 2009
I skipped on seeing this one in the movie theaters so I wasn't expecting much when I watched it on cable TV. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised cause this turned out to be a great movie. Simply a good ole fashioned ghost story.
The acting is solid, soundtrack and atmosphere-genuinely eerie, and with just the right amount of effective scares. Save this one for movie night with the family or group of friends.
