Wacky, wierd but humerous fun. This film is extremely querky, daft and odd, but it is well delivered by a strong cast. Basically, there is a unique army training unit believeing in special mind control powers.
There are some funny lines, characters and a wandering story, making an individually entertaining film. Cultish almost but an ok watch.
