Is surprised at the number of people who just don't seem to get it. It's about intuitive, optimistic, goofy people who aren't always right but very often change organizations to be more down-to-Earth and human in their practices.
If you took it literally and got caught up in the bullshit details, then you're missing the metaphor, which is much simpler than the sum of the parts here.
