Review of The Memory Keeper's Daughter (2008) by Sargunan I — 18 Dec 2008
I've not read the book...so this will be a relatively fair review, without bias...I thought the film had a good story about the kind of stigma associated to down syndrome kids in the past...but it was kinda let down by the lack of details.
..Especially those related to the wife's change in attitude...But I certainly cannot fault any of the actors as they did an impeccable job...All except for Gretchen Mol, who didn't look like she'd aged at all later in the film and seemed to maintain a youthful demeanour.
