Review of The Memory Keeper's Daughter (2008) by Leah F — 31 Jul 2009
Opportunity sadly missed here to cover this subject as well as it should have been. The whole subject is a very real one concerning so many peoples perceptions about such a visible affliction as Downs Syndrome.
Unfortunately this was such a poorly acted film that the main players couldn't convey any real convistion in what they were doing. To worsen things tha whole thing was shot with a misty soft focus effect gievn it the air of a straight to TV film as it wasn't even good enough to go straight to DVD!
