Saw The Meg tonight, was totally prepared to walk out of there thinking it should be a SYFY channel level movie, but I was more than pleasantly surprised!
It was a really good movie! The story was good, the acting was great (Statham seemed to be a little less stiff than normal), and although there were a few cheesy moments, it seriously kept me interested and enjoying it the entire time.
If you get a chance, go see it. Has to be one of the better Shark style movies I have seen.
Ignore the critics, they are notoriously wrong once again. This is definitely a fun movie!
