Review of The Meg (2018) by Jake C — 02 Sep 2018

It was what I expected it to be. A light hearted movie, with an obvious story line, plenty of actions, ridiculously big fish, 1D characters. The science and logic behind it are nonsense, so much that it adds to the comedy side of the movie, but I didn't go to see it for educational purposes; I watched it for a laugh and it gave me plenty, the action scenes were good too.

I liked it. It is not a serious movie and it did not take itself seriously either, otherwise, it wouldn't have worked.
