The 1 Star Is For How Terribly Made The Film Is. The Meeksville Ghost On Another Level Is A Hugely Enjoyable Kids Film With Plenty Of Slapstick Humour & A Hint Of Romance, With A Bit Of Time Travel Thrown In For Good Measure.
Although This Is A Badly Made Film, It's Worth A Watch.
