U know! i'm a huge jackie chan fan, but this movie really isn't all that great. and it was not ur normal jackie chan action, so, it's not even close to rush hour or supercop or any of his other greats.
but man...lee evans is hilarious! he's really what keeps the movie alive. the rest of the movie is pretty silly. but I love jackie chan, so that automatically gives the rating a boost.
