Review of The Medallion (2003) by Anu M — 27 Mar 2009
Jackie Chan has made his films a little supernatural now, the best thing I loved about his films is the ideas and the way he organizes his scenes so that when little kids or teenagers see them they want to be a Jackie Chan they want to learn martial arts and live the life of a Chinese man.
This film isn't too bad, it's not one of Jackie's best, but it's okay. Lee Evans as his partner is hilarious, Claire Forlani is beautiful as always but she can't act that well in this film.
The acting beside form Chan and Evans is B graded. The martial arts is a little bit supernatural, not saying the fight scenes don't leave you impressed but it's not Jackie Chan's best film.
