No nonsense shoot em starring Jason Staham as the worlds busiest hitman who works for your standard mysterious covert government agency full of guys in suits with those cool earpiece radios with the microphone in the sleeve.
Ben Foster plays his twitchy nervous protege. Does this guy only play twitchy nervous guys? Anyway, aside from some detailed scenes about how Statham researches/stalks/elimintes his targets, it's nothing special.
