Mechanic is an action movie with a mediocre desire to seem like a drama. In the first Mechanic is an ordinary action movie with several good action scenes. Secondly, he tries to thriller, the scene of the murder of another killer is simply terrible, it does not have even 1/10 of a share of a good thriller.

Thirdly, Mechanic suddenly wants to be a drama, coping even worse with it. Mechanic had to be just a stupid action movie, then it wouldn't make a bad movie. I didn't watch the original source, maybe all this turned into a remake of the original movie.

But even if this is the case, it was necessary to make more effort, especially since the film had a good cast for its budget.
