Review of The Mechanic (1972) by Christopher B — 07 Dec 2006

Bronson flix are some of my favorite; he was just one of the coolest motherfuckers and The Mechanic was one of his (top 6) best. Often criticized for being wooden in his acting Bronson's style works perfectly here; his character needs to contain and hide his emotions and when they begin to crack it spells almot certain doom for his character's profession.

It sadden me that one user here said they were really wanting to see a movie call 'The Plumber' instead (obviously ignorant of the term 'Mechanic' used in other professions and missing out on a damn fine piece of cinema.
