Review of The Maze Runner (2014) by Andrew T — 20 May 2015

Very well done movie and definitely did the book justice. Everything was just about spot on except for how the kids get out of the maze. If I remember correctly, in the book they come to the end of the maze which looks off into a vast endless sky and they jump through an invisible hole to get out.

Outside of a few little differences, everything else was enjoyable. The acting was really great and the sets were very well done as well. The reavers were designed very closely to what I was imagining and were scary.

This was my favorite book in the series and I didn't much enjoy the others and how the story played out, so if they make another movie I probably will not watch.
