Reminds me of M.Night Shymalans "The Village". Decent beginning, but once the plot is revealed, becomes really stupid. (I liked the Village better.).
This movie also has some really dumb dialogue and apparently clueless characters, to try to painfully make the main character seem like the only "smart" one, but its not even believable the level of stupidity the characters encompass early on. It was OK for the first 20-40 mins and was all downhill from there. Very mediocre. Worth seeing if you really like YA sci-fi films with semi-bad endings.
