I can't say that I loved the book that this movie is based on but towards the end of the book I really started to enjoy it. Then I saw the movie.

There were things from the book that I felt that I hadn't completely understood which I felt were clarified by watching the movie. Then there were things that I really comprehended in the book and had very strong images of how it would look, but then they went ahead and made it completely different in the film.

I didn't really feel that the movie hooked me to the screen, things happened too fast and it just didn't really have a beginning, middle and end the way that is needed to make the movie that I was hoping for.
