Review of The Matrix Revolutions (2003) by Brett H — 10 May 2014
Incredibly weak ending to the revolutionary trilogy that is all flash and no substance. This entire movie is literally one big fight and it grows tiresome and stale quickly, though the effects are still impressive.
We all expected mind-blowing complexity with the ending and with the film being shot back-to-back with Reloaded, hoped that the filmmakers had a brilliant endgame. The most memorable moment from the film was the killing-off of a major character and the rest is surprisingly dull.
