Outside of the final fight sequences (of which only SOME was good, especially the Club fight/dialogue sequence), the whole Cyber-Jesus thing was a big lame-O, and overall this is a sad ending to a great series (to this point).
Honestly who wanted Neo (the kick-ass hero) to die (anyone)?
