First step down for the Matrix movies. Not as bad as Reloaded but not as good as the original. The movie ends in a cliffhanger which ties in the quality of this to number 3. Unfortunately what 3 became downgrades the quality of Revisited.
Too bad, if they could have ended the series well, it could have become something to reckon with. Instead we were left with supernatural mumbo jumbo that really meant nothing and ultimately became a pointless excursion.
Special effects and good action aren't everything.
