Review of The Matrix Resurrections (2021) by Mroroku — 25 Dec 2021

Wow this was utter garbage and a stain on the legacy of the matrix series. a Real pity, I was so hyped for this film. Where to start: The choreography was nowhere near the same level as the previous installments. It looked like a high school produced art project. The film doesn't take itself seriously at all and it often times pokes fun and takes stabs at itself. What the heck, this isn't what a matrix movie should be like.

They replaced both Agent smith and Morpheus with new actors that doesn't act like them at all - Morpheus acts like a jester while agent Smith looks like a ivy league tennis player.....Reeves' acting is so wooden here and both him and Moss looks tired and uninterested throughout the movie...

The plot is a mess and the whole thing appears cheaply done like they had a 50 000 Dollar budget. Disappointment of the year for me.
