Review of The Matrix Resurrections (2021) by Mainguy — 23 Dec 2021

This film was so utterly bad there were moments I had to look away. Its so cringe worthy at times I was afraid that whatever pestilence has been poured into this thing might transmit from the screen into my soul. Im at a loss for words, its simultaneously a tragedy and a crime against what was a brilliant original. When Neo is cowering like an old man on Trinity’s bike, sticking out his hand to do that shockwave like a stiff magneto with Alzheimer’s I lost it. This is insanely bad. Its beyond comprehension. He just spams that shockwave over and over and it looks atrocious. You'll see, it's possibly the worst climatic scene ever, it's shocking.

Anyone who enjoys this is probably a tad simple, and that's OK. But if you have a normal iQ, are relatively stable mentally, then this will be a waste of your time and money.
