Casual plebs won't get it. Much like Reloaded and Revolutions. For the rest of us hardcore fans, we get to enjoy a movie that explains what happened, while calling back to the old trilogy, and setting up a dazzling future.

As long as the plebs don't ruin the chances of future Matrix movies, the set-up is looking brilliant. The action, the story, the implications of it all, it's all so exciting when you think about it. Where it started, and where things can go now.

There are so many new possibilities now. Bottom line... If you're just a casual viewer, and you're not totally invested in the story - you won't get it. You won't enjoy it much. But if you're up on the original trilogy, its storylines, its philosophies then you'll see so many enjoyable things.

But you have to be UP on everything. The original trilogy, and the relevant stories from The Animatrix. Don't let the plebs with the low-score reviews make your decision for you. They were clearly never invested anyways.

It's painful seeing people leave low-scores on a movie series they never paid attention to anyways...
