The Matrix Reloaded is an enjoyable movie that builds decently upon the original and continues to have good action and performances. While it was entertaining overall, it does not reach the same level of quality as the original.
The plot and new characters aren't as intriguing, and the special effects this time around seem a bit too cartoonish and over the top.
