Review of The Matrix Reloaded (2003) by Otageemeur L — 27 Oct 2012
"The Matrix Reloaded" (basically The Matrix 2) is set a few years after "The Matrix" where we are still following Neo, Trinity and Morpheus to find out a way to stop the Matrix and save the city of Zion, the only city that lived in the true world, out of the domination of the machines. In order to stop the Matrix, Neo needs to go to the framework of the Matrix and to do so, Neo has to save the Keymaker from the Merovingian.
This sequel is not bad but is trying to be more action-oriented (maybe too much) and it doesn't help the very slow story and the annoying behaviors of Neo. However, I liked the fact that we still have some philosophical moments and I kind of liked the scene with the Architect and the Merovingian...
