Not as bad as people say but certainly not as good as the first. The story has been reduced to semi-philosophical ramblings between the main characters and varying wise know-it-alls and it finishes with a lack of closure that required its even less impressive sequel.
However, the fight scenes and the freeway chase are truly spectacular and they alone make the film worth watching.
