Review of The Matrix Reloaded (2003) by Leo K — 05 Apr 2013
Take the amazing sci-fi world of the first, and bastardize it with ridiculous amounts of unnecessarily weak CGI that quickly degraded over the years. Throw in 'programs' that exist to further complicate the plot with 'choosing your fate'.
Then mix it with pointless human elements, and useless character development, in an otherwise cold, hard reality of the first movie, and you get this piece of crap. NEO is pretty much invincible, producing a completely anti-climactic character.
.. I loved the first movie. Somehow, the world that was extrapolated in this film, seems like it was written to create a franchise of video games (which ultimately failed anyways). In summary, reloaded was just weak.
