Review of The Matrix (1999) by Ben M — 08 Jul 2013

I thought this movie was incredibly ahead of it's time, though Keanu Reeves isn't one of my favorite actors the supporting cast carries him through and his dead pan confusion of the world around him, which he seems to play in every movie, worked well for his character.

Unfortunately that same character flaw doesn't work so well in the sequels which is mainly the reason this trilogy got worse as it went along, however the fight sequences and special effects in all three movies make this a must see/must own for any sci-fi/ adventure fan.
