One of the best movies ever. Some people criticize the acting by saying its dull and emotionless, but for the Matrix, it's perfect. If there was much emotion at all I think it'd feel out of place and silly.
In my opinion, it is acted perfectly for that movie. Bullet time is used to perfection, and it's deep thinking plot sways it from being just a mindless action flick.
