Review of The Matador (2005) by Jasdeep C — 18 Sep 2008
Another tired movie about a burnt out hitman. This time, it's Pierce Brosnan playing an alcoholic, sex-addicted hitman who is starting to lose his cool. He meets Greg Kinnear, a too-nice-to-believe salesman in Mexico and somehow strike up an unusual friendship.
On the whole, the movie tried too hard to be funny but it came across as boring. Avoid it, especially if you like Greg Kinnear and Pierce Brosnan.
