Review of The Matador (2005) by Matthew P — 23 May 2010
An amusing amorality tale in which two opposites make friends and help each other out in the life stakes with Brosnan's inelegant hit man stealing the show. About half an hour too long, TM manages to keep its head above water for the most and then ralleys slightly before dipping sharply towards the end.
A bit silly really but there are some fun moments to be had, mostly at the expense of Brosnan's former incarnation as 007.
