Review of The Master of Disguise (2002) by Keldon M — 17 Mar 2012
Wow, I didn't think such a semi-enjoyable movie could be hated so much by critics... Well as a movie itself, I guess I agree that it wasn't good. The Master of Disguise left a lot of things unexplained (a LOT of things), and it was hokey.
But it did have some comedic value, Dana Carvey was kind of funny and did good at his disguise roles, and the Brent Spiner fart thing can get some laughs. I also liked the party scene where Dana Carvey played that hyper dude in the red shirt.
But it was made to be a kids movie, and it sucks as a kids movie. it was more like an SNL movie, but without the SNL.
