Review of The Mask (1994) by Amanda H — 13 May 2011
This was one of my favorite movies when I was a kid. Now, years later, I find it much less sophisticated than I remember it, but still highly entertaining in a low-brow, cheesy kind of way. This will probably always be one of the first movies I remember Jim Carrey for, not because it's some earth-shattering, life changing film, but because it's fun and lighthearted and full of all kinds of nostalgia.
