Review of The Martian (2015) by Holamrreyes — 07 Oct 2015
Like the Tom Hank's character is "Castaway," Matt Damon's character in "The Martian" eschews philosophical and spiritual issues despite facing great dangers to his life. I may be old-fashioned, but there is something truly unrealistic about a character facing certain death and employing nothing but rocket science to get out of the mess he's in.
