Very late to the game here but I did manage to see this film before it left cinemas. Starring Matt Damon! and a bunch of other people who don't really matter, cause this film is all about Matt Damon, why? Cause he's Matt freakin' Damon that's why.
Playing astronaut Mark Watney stranded and alone on Mars, and that's all you need to know. I've become wary of anything with Ridley Scott's name on it (thank you very much Prometheus) but this is just brilliant.
Entertaining all the way through and Matt Damon carries the movie effortlessly. Highly recommended.
