Okay, so it is pretty stupid, but it knows it is and that goes a hell of a long way. It actually manages to hit the right note with the OTT action, the cartoon bad guys and the pure get up and go of it's flimsy excuse for a plot. Most of the jokes are awful but they tend to get away with it on pure enthusiasm. This is a movie where two bad guys that have nothing to do with the plot are thrown in just so our hero has someone else's ass to kick - but it's just so much fun that you don't care - Hell, it just means you're getting to see more ass being kicked.
Stupid but fun.
