I thought it was a pretty good watch. Starting with some action was a good call. Michael Rooker was a familiar face and played a good character. The smaller characters were so so with acting such as the mercs and the govt.
The filming was decent so it kind of made up for part of it. Decent watch and decent action. Worth watching.
