Review of The Manson Family (1997) by Steven L — 12 Jan 2008
This is the basis of all Rob Zombie's motivation for his films. Any Rob Zombie fan knows all to well that he is inspired by Charles Manson. Hell, just glance at his CD covers sometime. Jim Vanbebber puts to light the transition of love and peace to death and destruction.
A message that Manson was portraying becomes chaos once the drugs took over the mind. It is an intense trip of drugs, sex, and a mock-documentary of some of the notorious crimes ever committed.
