Review of The Mangler (1995) by Alexander P — 22 May 2011
Ghastly, awful, horrendous. These words equally apply to this movie and its source material from which it is derived. Ted Levine drunkenly slurs all of his dialogue and Robert Englund hams it up, with such gems of dramatic acting as "HELLS BELLS!" and other beauties.
The story is laughably bad and it is a credit to the writers that they were able to stretch it to one film, let alone the other two. Just God-awful. You'll know as soon as you watch it, the movie is ineffably bad.
