Would have been higher if the "hospital" scenes didn't look like something out of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. Everybody does a hell of a job getting into their character. I always love a Denzel Washington performance because he never fails to deliver some delusional scene which in this case was the fingers pointed at his head and flairing nostrils while profusely sweating.
