It's an interesting idea, but the conspiracy grows slowly and for whatever reason, the movie just wasn't that interesting. Ultimately, a crisis is averted, but there isn't any feeling that justice is being served or anything.
..I feel like I watched this stuff happen, and there was nothing for me to take away on most levels.
